The next most important relationship to me is the one I have with my husband of 11 years, David. I am so thankful for him everyday. We are best friends; I can't imagine life without him. We truly have something special. We complete each other's sentences, we balance each other out, and we have a love that I never knew was possible! He's such a good guy and he loves God with all of his heart. I am so blessed to have him in my life and I really don't think it gets any better than this!
i love
DAVID
Then there's the kiddos, I have three wonderful children and I homeschool them. My son is the oldest and he just turned 11...scary! He's growing up too fast. I also have two girls, ages 9 and 8. They are all three so sweet and I'm so thankful that God has entrusted me with them.
I love life and I love people. I don't have a very outgoing personality and I do not like large crowds(except at Lakewood, lol), but I'm married to someone who is constantly making me step out of my comfort zone (he's the life of the party) and it is a very good thing (shhh, don't tell him, LOL) because without him I'd probably be a hermit.
I love to organize things and can be a bit obsessive compulsive at times. Man, I'm making myself sound like a freak, but I'm really not, I promise.
I am an expert at ding bat moments and those closest to me are still wondering how my hair got so dark.
We decided to homeschool because of my husbands job. He's on the Catastrophe Team for a major insurance company and he travels quite a bit. At the end of 2007 we purchased a 45' fifth wheel (RV) and right now we're traveling full-time. We don't plan to do this forever, but we thought it would be neat to do for a while so the kids could get to see more of our country. So far we've been to LA, Disneyland, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco and the Grand Canyon, to name a few, and we've only had the thing for 6 months! It's a lot of fun to say the least. Life is SO good and I feel so blessed to be able to do this. When we're home, which is rare, we attend Lakewood Church in Houston, TX (I'm from The Woodlands, TX just north of Houston). It's awesome!
WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET:
JESUS
and then my dad
He died 4 years after having a horrible car accident with a drunk driver. I hardly remember him and the shady memories that I do have are mainly of him in a hospital bed unable to walk or talk, so yeah, it would be kinda nice to meet him (again).
