- Hey girl. I know what you mean about pain. yikes!! You didn't answer me though. Was it rotator cuff surgery? Oh and do you have a pain gernade by chance?
It does take time. You don't realize how important your shoulder is and just what makes it move until you have surgery on it thats for sure!!!
Ice, good ole ice. I still have my ice packs from when i had it done and i now use them on my neck or sometimes my lower back.
Just rest! Believe it or not, this too shall pass. ;o)

for 36 years, have two grown children and two wonderful grandchildren. I am a Bible Study teacher, a Sunday School teacher, an aspiring writers who has had some articles published and is writing for some e-zines. I am passionately in love with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and seek only to glorify Him. I am a life-time learner. I see new things in the Bible each time I open it. Home is Virginia Beach, Va. I worked teaching deaf children for many years until God led me to teach His word. I am blessed to have grown up in a Christian home and am a PK!
