- Hi, I'm Roo. I am an Australian Christian and am a freelance author. I am married with a teenager and I attend the Salvation Army church.
I started writing in school, but didn't have the confidence to become serious about it until my early twenties. I wrote articles and short stories before becoming interested in the book of Revelation. I wrote Revelation Daily, a daily devotional, and it's sister book, Poems of Revelation, Revelation in poetry form.
Then, I was moved by God to develop a character named Dale. I trusted Him with the storyline and how I was going to create a dramatic life story out of someone I didn't know. But very soon I had a plot and just tried different things that suited the character before i could see a huge lesson in it for me. I could see how God was using my characters to teach me 'the right attitude' to different situations that I faced in life.
